OFFSHORE SAFETY INDUCTION & EMERGENCY TRAINING

The Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training (OSIET) course provides participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to work safely in offshore environments and respond confidently to emergency situations. The program combines classroom-based learning with practical exercises to ensure participants understand offshore hazards, safety procedures, emergency response techniques, and survival skills.

Participants will learn about offshore safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, PPE requirements, helicopter safety, sea survival, fire prevention, emergency evacuation, rescue procedures, and environmental protection. Practical training includes the use of lifesaving equipment, emergency escape techniques, survival craft, and participation in realistic emergency scenarios to build confidence and competence.
